  • I’ll also include food swaps so you can adapt if you’d like to.

Cardio

  • I’ll throw in cardio recommendations so we can see your body transform faster.

  • Whichever mode of cardio you prefer, we’ll make it work.

Rapid communication

  • If you have a question, I’ll answer within about 24 hours or sooner.

2 week photo check-ins
