You’ll get a plan for training days, rest days, and refeed days (if carb cycling would help you achieve your goals).
Every meal, all foods, weighed to the gram.
All you need to do is cook, eat, and repeat.
I’ll also include food swaps so you can adapt if you’d like to.
Cardio
I’ll throw in cardio recommendations so we can see your body transform faster.
Whichever mode of cardio you prefer, we’ll make it work.
Whatever time fits your schedule to do cardio, we’ll make it work.
Rapid communication
If you have a question, I’ll answer within about 24 hours or sooner.
2 week photo check-ins
We’ll do mandatory check-ins every 2 weeks so we can see how you’re progressing.
Changes can be made if needed to ensure success.
I don’t just want to give you a plan; I want us both to enjoy watching your body transform!
All your questions answered
Again, in ~1 day or less, you’ll have a response from me if you have any questions.
