All you need to do is cook, eat, and repeat.
I’ll also include food swaps so you can adapt if you’d like to.
Cardio
Whichever mode of cardio you prefer, we’ll make it work.
Whatever time fits your schedule to do cardio, we’ll make it work.
24/7 communication
I pride myself in rapid response time (minutes or hours, never days).
2 week photo check-ins
We have mandatory check-ins at least every 2 weeks but feel free to communicate and send pics anytime.
